The best Secret Santa EVER
Happy Holidays litttle chickens! ChRYstmas is still going strong and I am getting more and more excited for the holidays because finals are almost over! School is such a buzz kill this time of year but it’s gotta get done, right?
Taking a break from all the boring studying and essay typing, my 3 best girl friends that I met at school and I did our annual Secret Santa! The last few years we have used a nifty website that kind of does all the work for us which is perfect because when I am being bombarded with essay after essay and having to figure out how to even type my last name properly, I can’t be bothered with the stress of coordinating a secret Santa. My sweet little friend Sarah did all the work this year and added all the emails so this Christmas miracle could happen. Another great thing about this is that you can create a wishlist on it as well so it makes things even easier! Everyone is able to see the list and it links directly to amazon!
We like to make a day out of it so Sarah drove down for the day and we just chit chatted played a ton of games and drank a lot of wine. We also filmed a new video on my channel which was a little bit of a fail but still so so fun! As the night came closer to an end we put on one of those awful tacky movies. Not a classic, but one of those awful ones from Netflix. We made fun of it the whole time while we drank hot coco and ate yummy desserts.
My roommate Tara got me this year and she gave me the CUTEST picture frames from Urban Outfitters that have pictures of her and I in them. She also gave me options with some awful pictures of me behind them but it was so cute! She also gave me this Eucalyptus bath oil because I’m a sucker for a nice bath. Lastly she gave me the best gift ever by getting a clicker for our gate. Seems silly but she’s honestly the best and I love her to pieces. SHOUTS OUT TARA!! Oddly enough I got Tara for the secret Santa!!! How crazy is that? Well not that crazy because there is only 4 of us and it can only work in so many ways but still fun. I got her this cute pair of camel colored mules and a Harry Potter trivial pursuit. If there is anything Tara loves it’s games and Harry Potter.
We’re all old so once it hit 11 o’clock it was time for bed so after a busy day of eating laughing and secret santaing we hit the hay. It’s always hard to match our schedules but I love making time for my ladies. That is my favorite part of the holidays! There is any and every excuse to see and spend time with the people who make you the happiest.

PS. I typed this up yesterday and now I am laying in bed sick after all the fun festivities which is not fun. Im thinking of jumping into the bath with some of that oil and maybe it will help de-stuff my nose. Fingers crossed.
